This detached villa with private swimming pool is located in Capilungo, 950 m from the sea! The first sandy beaches in Mancaversa are a few minutes’ drive away. Punta Pizzo Nature Reserve with a Caribbean beach and where the Bay of Gallipoli begins, is about a 20-minute drive from the villa. After the nature reserve you will find the beach of the green bay, with sun beds, a bar, beach volleyball courts, etc. To the south, about a 15-minute drive from the villa you will find the beach of Torre San Giovanni and a little further on Marina di Ugento (12 km of sandy beaches ).
You’ll have a fenced garden with swimming pool, sun beds, a terrace with garden furniture, a terrace with dining table and a bathroom at your disposal.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
