Experience life on the slopes at this second floor ski in/out condo! The Chateau Ridge community backs directly onto the Happy Valley Ski Run, perfect for those who want to skip the shuttle and head straight for the slopes. Designed for the comfort and relaxation of up to 6 guests, this unit has 2 bedrooms and a private ski locker for gear storage. Additionally, this home is conveniently located only a 4 min drive to Blue Mountain Village for restaurants, shops, and activities all year-round!
The space
Unwind in the living area, including impressive cathedral ceilings and large windows facing the ski slopes. Couches surround the gas fireplace and Smart TV for nights after a day of adventure.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters!
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 2 bedrooms in this condo, both on the second floor. Bedroom 1 features one Queen size bed and a full ensuite bathroom, and bedroom 2 has both a Queen size bed and a twin over double bunk bed. The second full bathroom is on the main floor. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.
Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.
