The 2.5 room apartment is located in the east of Scuol. At the end of a dead-end street – a quiet residential area. No through traffic. The caretakers of the apartment live in the house on the upper floor. We completely renovated and insulated the house in 2018.
The vacation apartment has 50 square meters on two floors, oak parquet, modern kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator and separate freezer. The apartment has a bedroom with two beds and a small bedroom with a 2-person cabin bed, ideal for children. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Free WiFi, TV and radio. 20 square meters of garden. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
