Upon entry to Eiffel Park, Guests are greeted by an entry hall. To the right, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and plenty of space to prepare meals. Further down the hallway is the dining table that can be moved into the living area and has room for 4 diners. Across from the dining table is the living area with two leather couches and lots of light from the large windows. The bedroom opens onto the living area with two French doors that can be closed for privacy. The bedroom has a large closet and a queen sized bed. There is again lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The WC and shower at the end of the hall complete this apartment. Things to know: - This apartment does not have a dishwasher. - Please note the bedroom is separated from the living room by two French doors. - Please note there is a school located near the back of the apartment building so during recess there are children that can be heard when the windows are open. - Please note this home is available for 30 night stays minimum. -The unit is located on the 6th floor of an antique Parisian building, so some of the utilities have unique traits that will be shown at check-in. *** VERY IMPORTANT: You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
