Enjoy cooking in the large open-concept kitchen with bar seating. The dining room provides you with an elegant dining table that can seat eight.
Snowline Vista Lodge has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One guest bedroom features two Queen beds, the second offers a single Queen bed, and the Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath.
This home offers amazing outdoor areas where you and your guests will revel in the stunning mountain views. A set of doors from the dining area leads out to the front patio, where guests can sit and relax while enjoying an unbeatable view of the Continental Divide. The second outdoor seating area is to the side of the home, where the grill and more spectacular mountain views can be enjoyed. This home is pet friendly for one dog. The dog must be leashed at all times when outside with you. The dog must be crated in the home, and not left unattended or closed into a room alone. Guests are responsible for cleaning up outside and inside messes and for any damage.

There are two steps into the home from the garage. One step from lower family room up into the larger home.
1 dog only, must be crated while alone in the home, may not be closed into a room alone, must be on a leash while outside. Fee applies
Parking for 4 cars - 2 in garage, 2 in driveway.
No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
Firewood is not provided. Guest buys firewood for wood-burning fireplace.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
