Step into Mount Chapin S4, a spacious three bedroom condo with spectacular views of Mary’s Lake and the surrounding mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary’s Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. After parking on ground level above the garage, you will enter the kitchen. A car may also be parked in the one car garage down one level, with garage door access from inside. From the well appointed kitchen, enjoy the living area where you’ll notice the comfortable living and dining areas with fireplace, flat screen TV, magnificent mountain views and access to your private deck. At the end of the day enjoy the tranquil atmosphere from the private deck while taking in the brilliant night skies. Go up the next flight of stairs to the guest bedroom with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo next door. The Master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, and private full bathroom with walk-in shower. Go up one more flight of stairs to the large open room with a Queen bed, Full size futon, Twin bed, and a TV. This is a great space for the kids to hang out and have a slumber party! You have access to the full size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the garage in the lower level. Mount Chapin S4 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and very comfortable in the summer with a Zone Comfort Control Center. This lovely condo accommodates up to 8 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary’s Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary’s Lake Condominiums. Property Manager does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
