(near the beach, 3 minutes by car). The house is located at Neo Chorio
Paphos (Cyprus), a location which is ideal for visiting the "Aphrodite
Baths" which are approximately 5 minutes away by car. Also, Akamas’s
protected forest is nearly located. A variety of restaurants, as well
as other services such as taxis, supermarkets and local touring guides,
are easily accessible as the property is extremely near Latsi Port (1.5
km).

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
