This beautiful and comfortable cabin is a Monthly Long-Term Rental property available for extended stays of 30 night minimum reservations only. Longs Peak Cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy cabin that sleeps 6. The main level Master bedroom has a King Bed, the main floor second bedroom a Queen Bed, and the second floor has two twin beds. This cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a cozy living room. A perfect family getaway to unplug from the real world, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Estes Park. If you are looking for a cabin for a long stay of 30+ days for work or play, Longs Peak Cabin should be your first consideration. 10.5 miles from downtown Estes Park, 5 miles from the Wild Basin entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 9.4 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. What To Be Aware Of: Extended Stay 30 Nights Minimum Reservations Only In Mountain Communities please keep outdoor lighting off when not in use. Bring a flashlight No A/C Parking for 2 cars in driveway. Garage is NOT available for guest usage. NO large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply. Quiet Time 7p.m. Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted. BEARS in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home. We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays. Snow removal by HOA at 4 inches of new snow at arrival. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services.
