Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless โGrace Periodโ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ๐ Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, especially on the balcony, to respect our neighbours. Noise sensors will alert you if limits are exceeded.
- ๐ No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and breaking this rule will result in notifying the authorities.
- ๐ญ No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the balcony.
- ๐พ No Pets: Sorry, we canโt accommodate pets.
- ๐ฌ๏ธ Ventilation: After cooking, please air out the kitchen/living room for at least 15 minutes, and air out the bathroom after showering.
- ๐ธ Report Damages: Please report any damages with photos as soon as they occur.
- ๐ฅ Guest Numbers: Let us know immediately if there are more guests than indicated in the reservation.
- โฐ Our Hours: Weโre available to respond to messages from 8 AM to 6 PM.
- ๐ Amenities: Be sure to check the amenities list to know exactly whatโs provided.
- ๐ง Hot Water: Hot water is heated overnight via a boiler. Excessive daytime use might lead to a temporary shortage until the next night.

- Our cleaning fee includes standard cleaning, provided you follow these instructions. Non-compliance may result in extra fees:
- โฐ Check-Out Time: Please check out by 10 AM.
- ๐๏ธ Trash: Leave trash bags in the bin under the kitchen sink.
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Dishes: Load and start the dishwasher (or wash by hand if thereโs no dishwasher). Do not put wet dishes back in cupboards.
- ๐ Towels: Place used towels on the bathroom floor.
- ๐ Turn Off: Switch off the stove and lights before leaving.
- ๐ฆ Put Things Back: Return furniture and items to their original places.
- ๐ Forgotten Items: Any left-behind belongings will be donated to charity.
- ๐ Lock Up: Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.
