Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- *House Rules During Your Stay*
- => Silence after 10 pm, especially outside on the balcony, out of respect for the neighbours. Noise sensors will notify you if noise limits are not respected.
- => No parties allowed (disregarding this rule will result in notification to the police).
- => No smoking inside or on the balcony.
- => No pets allowed.
- => No use of the fireplace or barbecues.
- => Air out the kitchen/living room for at least 15 minutes after cooking, and the bathroom after showering.
- => Guests need to report any damages with pictures as soon as they occur.
- => Guests must inform us if more people are coming than indicated in the reservation.
- => Our working hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, during which we will respond to your messages.
- => Please read the amenities list to ensure you know what to expect.
- => In Swiss chalets/apartments, hot water is heated overnight by a boiler, so the supply is limited. Overuse during the day can cause a shortage until the next night.
- *Check-out House Rules*
- The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning the place, provided you comply with the check-out instructions below. Otherwise, extra cleaning fees will apply:
- => Check-out is until 10 am.
- => Leave the trash bag in the bin below the kitchen sink.
- => Place all dirty dishes/pans in the dishwasher and turn it on. If there is no dishwasher, wash them by hand. Do not place wet dishes back in the cupboards.
- => Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
- => Turn off the stove and lights.
- => Return all furniture and objects to their original places.
- => Forgotten personal belongings will be donated to charity.
- => Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.
