The apartment is located in the Wrocław Fabryczna district, on Manganowa Street. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is approximately 2.5 km from the Wrocław Market Square, providing easy access to the city’s various attractions. The Old Town is just a 30-minute walk from the apartment. The proximity to the Market Square and excellent communication with all parts of the city, including a tram stop less than 600 meters away, are undeniable advantages of this location. Cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the new bike path that leads almost directly to the Market Square. The abundance of greenery and recreational areas, such as Grabiszyński Park located 2.5 km away, combined with the proximity to the city center, allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Wrocław.

The two-level apartment with two bedrooms offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, making it ideal for families. The modern space of 68.59 m² includes a spacious living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet. The apartment’s interior is characterized by an aesthetic and modern design, as well as high functionality. The living area is the perfect place for relaxation and leisure, equipped with two comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), and a SmartTV. The living room opens to a balcony, adding to the relaxation experience. The kitchenette is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and microwave, allowing for convenient meal preparation. The upstairs features two bedrooms, each equipped with large double beds and wardrobes. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony, ideal for relaxation. Additionally, air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures comfort during hot days. One of the bedrooms also has a comfortable workspace.
