The villa spans two floors. GROUND FLOOR - Kitchen area adjoining a spacious living and dining room with large sliding windows opening onto the garden; living area with smart tvand comfortable seating; double bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with queen-size beds and adjacent bathroom with shower; relaxation area with sauna and laundry facilities. FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom (windows with blackout curtains) with en-suite bathroom with shower; mezzanine with desk and private terrace furnished with a sofa and armchairs. PLEASE NOTE: All fireplaces are ornamental.
Park:
La Villanella is surrounded by a fenced garden featuring lush lawns, laurel hedges, and vibrant flowers. A shaded portico with a dining table and sofas is perfect for al fresco meals. A barbecue area and ping-pong table enhance outdoor enjoyment, while the professional outdoor gym offers a space for fitness surrounded by nature.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located 15 m from the villa and is reached across the lawn in front of the portico. Rectangular shape; dimensions 9 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m; salt purification; internal lighting; Roman steps with a geyser at the shallow end; travertine pool terrace equipped with sunbeds and adjustable umbrellas; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
