DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:
The flat is located in a very attractive location on Rice Street. This well-connected neighbourhood abounds in numerous retail and service points, restaurants and tourist attractions. The tram and bus stops available here allow you to move quickly and efficiently throughout Warsaw. There are several train stations nearby, such as Warszawa Włochy, Warszawa Ursus-Niedźwiadek and Warszawa Salomea. Frederic Chopin Airport is also not far away, which will be a great advantage for guests travelling by plane. The nearest restaurant is only 300 metres from the building and is Portofino, while Inspiracja kuchnia i ludzie and Restauracja Chata Polska are also located next door. 500 metres from the flat there is a grocery shop Żabka, where you can stock up on all the necessary purchases during your stay. A large shopping mall, Centrum Skorosze, is also located in the area and can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. The surrounding green areas, such as Acher Park and Czechowicki Park, will provide a moment’s respite from the hustle and bustle of the city and have ideal space for relaxation and long walks.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The bright flat can accommodate 4 people and has an area of 45 m². It has been designed in pleasant colours of beige, grey and white and is equipped with extremely functional and stylish furniture. The flat space consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a double sofa bed, a table with chairs, a desk and a modern TV with SmartTV function. WIFI access is provided in the flat, so our guests will be able to watch their favourite movies and series. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and bed linen. The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. It also has facilities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, hairdryer and towels for our guests. Fresh linen is of course provided in the flat. The flat is also happy to accommodate your pets and has a parking space in the underground garage.
