DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:
The flat is located in an excellent location on Bartycka Street. It is an area that combines a location close to the Vistula River and green areas, with proximity to the city centre. The famous Palace of Culture and Science and the Warsaw Central train station can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The neighbourhood of the flat is very well connected with other parts of the capital, and the distance to the nearest bus stop is 160 metres. This will ensure easy and quick access to other parts of the city and efficient movement around it. One kilometre away is the banks of the Vistula River, where you can take a stroll surrounded by nature and have a nice time. Nearby, there are many atmospheric restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The closest ones are I Like Pizza (550 m), Sushi Warsaw ORANGE Mokotów (900 m) and Oriental Cuisine (650 m). A cup of aromatic coffee can be enjoyed at the Moje Miejsce café, which is 800 metres away. 270 metres away is the nearest grocery shop Żabka, where our guests will be able to do their shopping. It is also worth visiting the famous Łazienki Królewskie, which is a huge park with a classicist palace, a water reservoir and unique species of animals living on its grounds.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The bright 52 m² flat can accommodate 4 people. Its space is filled with elegant shades of white, beige and dark blue accents. The flat consists of a spacious living room, kitchenette, bedroom, balcony and bathroom. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a table and chairs, a modern TV, a coffee table and a chest of drawers. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and bed linen. The functional kitchen is equipped with all the items necessary for preparing meals. Amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and tea and coffee making facilities are available. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, hairdryer and towels for our guests. WIFI internet access is provided in the flat. Pets will also be welcome, for an additional fee. The flat will be an excellent place to stay during your stay in Lodz with family or friends. In addition, two parking spaces belong to the apartment.
