This tastefully furnished Apartment is located in a prime location of Wrocław at 17 Świstackiego St. The flat is an excellent option for business travellers as well as those wishing to explore the city. Among the many advantages of the area is its proximity to the Oława river and green areas, which are conducive to relaxing in nature. The historic market square with numerous restaurants and cafés can be reached in about 30 minutes' walk. The nearest grocery shop Żabka is located in the same building, and you can walk to the supermarket in 4 minutes. The flat is located in the new housing estate "Śródmieście Odnowa", so the immediate surroundings are well developed. The complex creates a closed space with a green courtyard, in the middle of which there is a charming pavilion and a children's playground. This layout of the development increases the feeling of intimacy and security, becoming a green enclave in the middle of the city. There are numerous public transport stops in the neighbourhood, which guarantees good access to the rest of Wrocław - " Plac Zgody" is 400 m away, " Na Niskich Łąkach" 550 m, and " Kościuszki" 600 m from the apartment. From the main railway station, which is 1.5 km away, there is a direct bus connection to the airport, which is located approximately 14 km from the Apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
