THE BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
This spacious Apartment is located in a new complex estate in a quiet area of Gdansk at 55 Guderski Street. In the neighbourhood there are many green areas prepared for walkers, as well as playgrounds for the youngest. The location is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowds of tourists, while still allowing you to enjoy the attractions offered by Gdańsk. The neighbourhood is well connected to the rest of the city. The S6 road is nearby, so guests will find it easy to get to the Apartment. The famous Neptune’s Fountain can be reached in 22 minutes, the nearest beach on the Baltic Sea in about 30 minutes. There is an Italian restaurant Dolce Pomodoro (350 m) in the area. You can do some quick shopping in the nearby Żabka (300 m) or in Lidl (750 m), which is a little further away. A shopping centre (1.1 km) and a petrol station (1.4 km) are a short distance away. There is a bus stop in the neighbourhood, which will take you to the centre of Gdańsk (300 m). The Central Railway Station is 10 km away and Lech Wałęsa Airport is 12.7 km away.

This cosy Apartment is 37 m² in size and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a garden. The interior is bright, spacious and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. A comfortable stay is ensured by the well-equipped kitchenette, where you will find an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. You will be able to enjoy your prepared meal at the large wooden table. The living room is the perfect space to relax and, thanks to the sofa bed, additional sleeping space for two people. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a desk that will be ideal for remote work. An undoubted advantage of the Apartment is the enclosed garden, which has direct access from the living room. This is a fantastic place to spend time outdoors, where your morning coffee can taste even better and the children can play safely. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Tv, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the flat is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. For a good start of their stay, we provide guests with free toiletries, towels and bed linen. In the Apartment, owners of pets are welcome with their pets (additional fee applies). A parking space next to the building is provided for guests.
