You will love the Guadalupe Bluff Modern House! Recently remodeled from top to bottom and decorated with cool, sophisticated and mod furnishings & decor! Clean lines and beautiful spaces! Features a window wall on the back of the house to enjoy bluff views.
Perfectly suited for a group of couples. Features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is one great room for the living/kitchen/dining areas with a large kitchen island, oversized dining table, modern living room furniture, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV.
Sleeping arrangements:
* The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath
* There are three guest bedrooms, all with queen size beds. Two bedroom share a jack-n-jill bath. One bedroom has access to a hall bathroom.
* There is a detached casita with a king size bed and a full bathroom.

This rental is not for parties. Many homes in the neighborhood are full time owners who enjoy the serenity that living in the country provides. Quiet hours will be enforced by security. No construction crews permitted.
