The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has room for four people. It is an ideal option for families with children or groups travelling together. There is a separate bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a furnished patio. Two beds can be found in the bedroom on a double bed and another two in the living room on a sofa bed. A kitchenette equipped with an induction hob will certainly be useful in preparing a delicious meal. In warmer weather, you can enjoy your meal on the furnished patio that belongs to the flat. The Gardenia Holi-days flat is located in a newly built building complex in Dziwnow. The proximity of the beach (only a few dozen metres to the descent) is a great advantage. There are numerous retail and service points and bars in the area. Within a ten-minute walk you can reach the town park with a children's playground and a tennis and basketball court. The Port of Dziwnów is equally quick to reach - the distance can be covered in just over ten minutes. Those craving seaside views are recommended to take a walk along the renovated Eastern Promenade, which can be reached in only nine minutes. The road to the very centre of Dziwnów is equally fast and the distance to the Dziwnów Marine Science Centre can be covered in eighteen minutes.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
