Beautifully situated atop the Bluff of the Guadalupe River. This extraordinary country house has been newly remodeled and equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation. There is an outstanding view from the house, yard, and a hot tub of the Guadalupe River. Features an adult tree house with built-in seating and bar. The kitchen is well-equipped to do your own cooking and there is more than adequate dining space for everyone to sit together. The bunk room is unlike any other rental in the hill country!

This rental is not for parties. Many homes in the neighborhood are full time owners who enjoy the serenity that living in the country provides. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. No loud parties or loud music during these hours. Only four vehicles permitted. If this house rule is broken, you will be evicted!
Absolutely no pets allowed. Owner is highly allergic!
