The comfortable flat is located on Maczka Street in Kolobrzeg. Its unique location, between Ekopark Wschodni and the spa part of the town, ensures peace and quiet. The proximity of the sea and a beautiful sandy beach makes it a great choice for a successful holiday at the Baltic Sea. Another advantage is the well-connected surroundings. You can easily get to the centre of Kołobrzeg, as well as to its biggest attractions, such as the harbour or the lighthouse. There are also many parks and green areas in the vicinity of Maczka Street, which provide beautiful scenery for long walks on warm summer afternoons. There is also an outdoor gym on the estate, and something that families with children will certainly appreciate - a safe playground.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
