The fully furnished apartment is located on Przechodnia Street in the heart of Warsaw's Downtown district. The Palace of Culture and Science is just 1 km from the apartment! The apartment is located in the best possible location. Thanks to the fact that it is located in the very center of Warsaw, you can fully experience the dynamic pace of city life - restaurants, pubs, cafes and stores. In particular, visit the excellent restaurants Der Elefant and Si Ristorante, which are a few minutes' walk from the apartment. For a moment of relaxation among the greenery, you can go to the Saxon Garden, 400 meters away, which is an ideal place for a stroll. The business and entertainment Zlote Tarasy and the famous Palace of Culture and Science are just over 1 km from the property. The location is also ideal in terms of transportation. The nearest subway station “Ratusz Arsenal” is just 550 meters from the apartment, and the Warsaw Central train station is 1.5 km away (20 minutes on foot). The Old Town can be reached by public transportation in less than 10 minutes. Getting to the airport by car takes about half an hour.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
