The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a classic townhouse on Garbary Street, in the very centre of Poznań. This excellent location means that all the main tourist attractions are right here at your fingertips! Poznan's Old Market Square with the famous Goats on the Town Hall and wonderful, colourful townhouses is just a 7-minute walk from the property. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and clubs around the Market Square. The property's location is great for an afternoon or evening of socialising or recreation. The Old Town also abounds with museums and historical sites such as the Archaeological Museum (400 m) and the Royal Castle of Poznan (850 m). It is also worth visiting the famous Półwiejska Street and the magnificent architectural gem that is Poznań's Stary Browar shopping centre. For those who want to relax, the Old Warta River Park with its children's playgrounds is only 10 minutes away from the flat, and right next to it stretches the Poznan Warta Highway, ideal for cycling. It takes about 35 minutes by car to get to Ławica Airport and less than 20 minutes to get to Poznań Główny train station.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
