This unique apartment is located at 63 Powstańców Śląskich Street in the Warsaw district of Bemowo. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, thus guaranteeing a comfortable place to stay in Warsaw. At the same time, it is very easy to reach other districts of Warsaw from here thanks to the highly developed public transport network. The Warsaw metro provides quick access to all sorts of sights and attractions - the nearest station, Bemowo, is a 15-minute walk away. Obligatory points on the map of the capital city are, above all, the Palace of Culture and Science, the Copernicus Science Centre, or the Warsaw Uprising Museum. In the close vicinity of the estate (10 minutes walk) is Górczewska Park, and in it: an amphitheatre, playgrounds, sports fields, outdoor gyms, dog run. In addition, in the immediate vicinity you can find plenty of grocery shops, cosy cafes and atmospheric restaurants. The Wola Park shopping centre is also located 2.4 km away. The fast S2 road makes it only 30 minutes by taxi or car to get to both Chopin Airport and Warsaw Central Station.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
