At the same time, the apartment is only 2.2 km from the beautiful Szczęśliwicki Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and mountain railway). In addition, for a short rest among nature, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the charming lake "Rakowskie Molo". At the same time, the estate is well connected to the centre and other districts of the city. At a distance of 500 metres from the building, there is a bus stop (Włochy-Ratusz 01) and a tram stop (Włochy-Ratusz 04). The distance to the Warszawa Rakowiec railway station is 1.1 Km. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate. The balcony, furnished with garden furniture, is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a meal on warm summer days. The interior of the apartment is tastefully finished and the full furnishings take care of the comfort of each stay. Amenities include multimedia (flat-screen Tv with cable channels, SmartTV and free Wi-Fi) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities such as a washing machine, oven and dishwasher. Complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided to start your stay. Guests travelling by car can take advantage of an underground parking space in the underground garage included in the booking price.
