The apartment is located in a closed and guarded building called Platan Complex, which was created in the recreational district of Świnoujście at Wojska Polskiego Street. The apartment building is surrounded by a park with plane trees planted, in the vicinity there is also a playroom with a cafe for parents and a large playground. The location of the apartment provides close access to a wide range of year-round attractions. The location in the modern city center, full of the best restaurants, cafes and numerous shops and a shopping center provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście. The apartment is located less than 25 minutes from the city beach and Świnoujście Promenade. Świnoujście Centrum railway station is located 200 meters from the apartment, within a 20-minute walk there is the Usedom Shopping Center and the City Market. Plenty of greenery and relaxing recreational areas as well as the proximity of the city center mean that guests can fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
