This comfortable apartment is located in the new “Kolorowy Gocław” housing estate at Międzyborska street in Warsaw. The estate is part of the Gocław area of the South Praga district – a very quiet and at the same time convenient part of the capital to live, with a rich commercial infrastructure, dense network of public transport, and full of greenery. The neighborhood takes care of all daily needs, thanks to the proximity of two shopping centers: CH Gocław with a Kaufland supermarket (600 meters from the apartment) and Atrium Promenada with over 150 shopping and service points, a food court, a gym, and a cinema (1.3 km). Other places of recreation and entertainment in the immediate and near vicinity are: Park over Balaton, Olszynka Grochowska reserve, Wodnik swimming pool, Skaryszewski Park, Powszechny Theatre, National Stadium. The strict city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes when using public transport. The car drive to the Chopin Airport takes also about half an hour.
