The property is located in a picturesque part of Kołobrzeg, on the banks of the Parsęta River and the Drzewny Channel. The proximity of the riverside boulevard creates an excellent opportunity for atmospheric walks. The building is located just 1.7 km from the beach in Kołobrzeg. At a distance of 1 km, there is the Aquapark Milenium with a swimming pool (25 m) and slides, and at a distance of 1.7 km, the Marina Solna yacht port. The apartment complex is also very close (850 m) to the city center with many shops, interesting restaurants and charming cafes. The immediate vicinity can also satisfy everyday needs - the nearest grocery store is only 40m from the apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
