The apartment is located on the Solna Island in a new apartment building at 10 Szpitalna Street in Kołobrzeg. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and monitoring, which ensures a comfortable stay. The property provides privacy and the possibility of walks in the nearby parks and green areas. The great advantage is the location on the island, in the vicinity of the river, and at the same time close to the center of Kołobrzeg and only 2 km from the beach. The neighborhood is well developed, so you will find everything you need near the apartment. In the vicinity, you can visit numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants. There is also a car park on the estate where you can leave your car. The facility has opened a wellness area (gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna) - a name pass can be purchased at the pool reception.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
