The spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building on Sengera ''Cichy'' street in Warsaw's Urysnow district. The district is perfectly communicated with other parts of Warsaw (Mokotów, Śródmieście, Bielany) due to a well-developed transport network and the M1 Metro line. Near the apartment there is Natolin station, which takes less than 10 minutes to walk to. The surroundings of the apartment provide access to many tasty restaurants and atmospheric cafes and pastry shops with delicious coffee and cake. The apartment is located in the vicinity of green areas - the ''Birch Forest'' Park, 850 m away, is a perfect place to relax in the shade of the trees, or go for a morning jog. There is also a playground for children on the premises. In addition, the area is filled with shopping and service points, where you can realize all your daily needs. Half a kilometer from the apartment is located Biedronka supermarket and FRAC, and a little further away is Galeria Ursynów shopping center. It takes half an hour to get by car or cab to the Central Railway Station, and 15 minutes to Chopin Airport.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
