The apartment is located in close proximity to the Old Town on Schiller Street. The Warsaw Old Town is a real pearl of the capital, it delights with its atmospheric tenement houses and the unique atmosphere of narrow streets. A dynamically developing district, a place that combines atmospheric peace with a modern, bustling metropolitan character. Schiller Street is well communicated, the extensive urban infrastructure filled with numerous bus and tram stops and Metro stations allows you to comfortably move around the Capital - the nearest Metro Ratusz Arsenał station is 10 minutes from the apartment! In the close vicinity, there are many attractive places and iconic points on the map of Warsaw. The convenient location allows you to take advantage of the full range of city amenities, and also offers excellent access to cultural, commercial, service and gastronomic establishments. A walk of less than 10 minutes will allow you to find yourself in the Old Town, and in just 12 minutes you can reach the Vistula River. The lagging of green areas provides peace and allows you to take some fresh air - Krasiński Garden (600 meters from the apartment), Saski Garden (1.5 km from the apartment).

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
