You’ll be glad you and your family chose this large five bedroom home with four full baths and two half-baths! The entire home has numerous upgrades and has been tastefully decorated with comfort and the beach in mind.
The kitchen is beautiful and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, center island and a large pantry for storing dry goods. The kitchen also has bar seating for four. One of the half baths is just off the kitchen.
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six guests. Just off the kitchen and dining area guests will be able to access the large first floor deck with copious amounts of comfortable seating to enjoy an afternoon snack.
The living room features formal yet contemporary beach decor with seating enough for the whole family along with a large Smart TV.
The first floor primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV and a large en-suite primary bathroom. This primary bathroom consists of a walk-in shower and a separate large sunken garden tub. The vanity is wide with two sinks and granite countertops.
Upstairs we are greeted by a large den or second living room area with another Smart TV, card table with four chairs and a standalone desk for those with a laptop who may need a workstation. From the den and second floor primary bedroom, there is access to a large outdoor deck which runs the length of the home.
The second floor primary bedroom also features a king bed and its own primary bathroom equal to the first floor bedroom. This second floor primary bathroom has a two sink vanity and walk-in shower.
The first upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed with a wall-mounted HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower. The second upstairs guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed and an HDTV. The third and final guest bedroom contains one queen and one twin bed and an HDTV. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom which has a tub and shower combination.
Outside you’ll enjoy a nice sized pool with an attached spa for you and families private enjoyment! The garage also contains a Ping Pong table! The beach is easily accessed by a short ten minute walk or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a free seasonal and on-call shuttle service for Palmetto Dunes guests!
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
