The apartment is located in a modern building, in the immediate vicinity of the center of Poznań, at Różana Street, next to the northern part of the Wilda district. The apartment is located on the top floor, thanks to which guests can admire an amazing view of Poznań from the balcony. It is an ideal place for a family, between the buildings there is a green courtyard with a playground for children. The close proximity to the Old Market Square (15 minutes on foot) and the location in a beautiful historic district will make your stay in Poznań an amazing experience. The advantage of the location is definitely a good transport connection with the rest of Poznań's districts, in addition, the railway and bus stations are only a 10-minute walk away. The Poznań International Fair (only 20 minutes on foot) and the most beautiful shopping center in Poland - Stary Browar (500 m!) Are also nearby. Around the building, guests will find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes open from morning to evening.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
