The apartment is located in the seaside town of Rogowo, in the new housing estate ''Rogowo Pearl'' at Kołobrzeska Street. The facility impresses with its modern look and location - it is situated on the shores of the lake, and at the same time close to the beach on the Baltic Sea. The location of the apartment building among forests and the ''Resko Przymorskie'' lake allows for a peaceful rest among nature. The facility is ideal for a holiday by the sea - the nearest beach is only 400m from the accommodation. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, which is under constant supervision of a lifeguard. There is also a car park on the estate where you can safely leave your car. Please note that the seasonal outdoor pool is closed from September 1 to June 15, 2024 .

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
