Welcome to Seaside Paradise, this bright and inviting oceanfront corner villa was recently refreshed throughout in 2026 with updated décor, and two fully renovated bathrooms.
Upon entering, natural light pours through a wall of windows, creating a relaxed and airy coastal setting. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. A stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located within the kitchen area, and the Windsor community pool can be seen directly from the kitchen window.
Just off the entry, the hall bathroom offers a single vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The open living area is designed for comfort, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and a 55” Samsung Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Sliding glass doors lead to a partially covered private balcony with a round glass table with seating for four and an Adirondack chair provide the perfect space for morning coffee or evening unwinding in the ocean breeze. The view is the best of both worlds to the right you overlook beautiful tropical landscaping to the ocean and on the left the community pool and grounds.
The serene primary bedroom, updated with all new furniture, is located just off the living room and includes a king bed, 32” TV, balcony access, and a beautifully renovated private bath. The spa-like bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate glass walk-in shower, creating a peaceful retreat.
Windsor Place is an oceanfront complex located within the renowned Palmetto Dunes Resort. Guests enjoy access to two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally), a hot tub, expansive sundeck, poolside restrooms and showers, and a covered pavilion with gas grilling areas. One pool features a gradual entry and mushroom-shaped waterfall, making it especially popular with families. Additional conveniences include elevator access and a covered parking garage.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
