470 Captain’s Walk is an oceanfront villa located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation with sweeping ocean views that greet you as you walk through the front door. Tile flooring runs throughout the living areas, kitchen and bathrooms. The beautiful kitchen features granite counter tops, new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
The dining area, located just off the kitchen, features seating for six with an additional two barstools at the kitchen counter bar. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating with two couches and two club chairs, as well as a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. The private balcony can be accessed through sliding doors off the living area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
