The apartment is located in Krakow, on the beautiful, new ''Steam Park'' estate at ul. Rakowicka. It's a great location, just 10 minutes on foot from the Main Square and 5 minutes from the main train station. The complex has 24/7 security, reception and a playground for children. This ecologically sustainable investment is distinguished by a unique architecture inspired by the style of classic Krakow tenement houses. Despite the attractive proximity of historic landmarks and communication junctions, the location is in a quiet environment of old park forest, combining comfort with peace and quiet. The location has a very good commercial and service infrastructure. There is a supermarket, restaurants and shops in the nearby Galeria Krakowska. Moving around the city is extremely convenient thanks to the extensive tram and bus network. There is a direct transfer to the airport from the train and bus stations.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
