The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, beverage center with mini fridge, stand mixer, blender, German chef-quality knives, and a crock pot; providing everything needed to cook and entertain with ease. Mornings can be enjoyed in the sunny breakfast nook, while the dining table comfortably seats six for shared meals.
The spacious living room offers ample seating, a queen-size sofa sleeper, and a 65” OLED smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a private, furnished patio that overlooks the lush golf course, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
The primary suite features a king bed, HDTV, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled tub and shower. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, its own renovated en-suite bathroom, and a TV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Outside, guests can enjoy two private outdoor spaces: a front patio with cozy rocking chairs for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and a dedicated grill area with a brand-new gas grill, bistro seating, and all the tools needed for a perfect cookout.
Just a short walk away are the Inverness community pool and private tennis courts. Despite its quiet and tucked-away location, the villa is close to all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing, shopping, dining, and, of course, the beach.
Getting around is easy with multiple options: the beach is just a 5-minute bike ride away, a quick drive with designated parking, or accessible via the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a free on-demand shuttle that also services Shelter Cove for shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment.
This villa includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping five guests with an additional queen sofa sleeper. Community amenities such as the pool and tennis courts are included, and there are two patios with outdoor seating and a grill.
A maximum of two car passes is allowed per reservation, and please note that pets are not permitted.
