Come enjoy this wonderfully cozy and well-designed two bedroom villa in St. Andrews Commons within Property Manager!
This villa is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms. It is the most sought after floor plan in the complex due to it being a flat. The primary bedroom off the living area has a king and the second bedroom with two queen beds. The primary bathroom and the guest bathroom both feature tub and shower combinations.
The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare your own home-cooked meal! Located directly off the side of the kitchen is a screened-in balcony area, a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The dining area can seat six guests.
The living room contains comfortable furniture along with an HDTV and accompanying wet bar. Off of the living area is a wrap around deck and balcony great for relaxation.
The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride, short car ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service. The shuttle service is a seasonal and on-call resource.
Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30suring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
