The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building in the heart of Warsaw. The property is located in a neighborhood abundant in historical monuments and offering plenty of charming restaurants or cafes. This gives you the opportunity to get acquainted with the vibrant life of the Capital. In addition, from the balcony we can admire the Palace of Culture and Science. The building in which the apartment is located is in close proximity to the subway and a bus stop, which allows us to conveniently get to many even very distant places in Warsaw. This location also has something to offer to those who appreciate peace and nature, because 900 m. away is Swietokrzyski Park. Such a favorable location also offers us close proximity to stores. There is also a shopping center nearby.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
