The complex offers a panoramic terrace and an indoor swimming pool with an open pavilion that functions as a pool bar. (to enter the terrace and pool area, you must have a magnetic wristband/watch - there are 4 pieces in the apartment). There is also a children's playroom and a restaurant with a terrace.
