This exceptional apartment is located on Pełczyńskiego Street in Warsaw's Bemowo district. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, thus guaranteeing a comfortable, practical and stylish place to stay in Warsaw. At the same time, it is very easy to reach other districts of Warsaw from here thanks to the highly developed public transportation network. The Warsaw subway provides quick access to all sorts of sights and attractions - the nearest station, Bemowo, is a 10-minute walk away. Obligatory points on the map of the capital city are primarily the Palace of Culture and Science, Copernicus Science Center, or the Warsaw Uprising Museum. In close proximity to the estate is Górczewska Park, and there is an amphitheater, playgrounds, sports fields, outdoor gyms, a dog run. In addition, in the immediate area you can find plenty of grocery stores, cozy cafes and atmospheric restaurants. The Wola Park shopping center is also located 2 km from the property. The fast S2 road makes it only 20 minutes by cab or car to reach Chopin Airport.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
