A very large and gorgeous home with extremely high vaulted ceilings with views of both the award winning George Fazio golf course and Palmetto Dunes’ 11 mile lagoon system. Up the front steps you are greeted by a grand foyer.
As you enter, the formal dining area will be to your left. The dining area comfortably seats ten. Ahead is the main living area with large fireplace (not for guest use). The main access to the huge private outdoor area is found here.
The kitchen is very large and custom built to meet your groups needs. Included are all high-end stainless steel appliances (including two dishwashers), granite countertops and bar seating for an additional seven. There is a full-size dining table for six as the eat-in kitchen as well.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a second living area with a large SMART TV. This living area has a large sectional couch providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
Completing the first floor are the Primary suite and the second bedroom The Primary suite contains a king bed, HDTV, access to private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The expansive bathroom has two custom vanities, walk-in tiled shower and a separate sunken tub. The second bedroom located on the first floor, features a queen bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower.
Up the grand staircase, you are greeted by the remaining three bedrooms. To the left is the third bedroom with a queen bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Down the hall to the right is the fourth bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination. Completing the second floor is the fifth bedroom with a king bed, HDTV. This bedroom features a private balcony with two Royal Teak loungers to enjoy the sweeping views of the golf course and lagoon.
Outside the home you’ll have your own propane grill, outdoor dining table for six to eight and a couple loungers and other seating options. All outdoor furniture is very nice Royal Teak. The large infinity pool and accompanying spa overlooks a section of the 11 mile lagoon and the 17th tee box of the award winning George Fazio golf course!
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
