The apartment is located in the new, luxurious Avia housing estate in Krakow, in a green, recreational part of Czyżyny. The location is distinguished by a unique character - it is a place full of greenery. In this district there are Lasek Łęgowski and the 60-hectare Park of Polish Aviators, where you can walk and relax. The neighborhood is filled with commercial and service premises (e.x. Lidl 1km, Czyżyk cafe 240m, Avionetka Pasta & Burger restaurant 170m), Polish pubs and restaurants from all over the world. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas and the easy access to the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Krakow. The estate is also well connected - the most important monuments and places of Krakow can be reached directly (including the Old Town), and there are bus and tram stops nearby (Stella-Sawickiego, 10 minutes, Medweckiego 7 minutes, Os. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
