The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and renovated cabinetry while also having seating for four at the kitchen pass-thru. There is a coffee station set up in the kitchen for making your morning cup of joe. Just beyond the kitchen the formal dining area seats six.
The living room contains coastal contemporary decor and features a large SMART TV, vaulted ceilings and slider access to your private balcony. There is plenty of seating, both inside and out. Outside, on your private patio, there are beautiful views of the 11 mile lagoon and mature trees draped in Spanish moss. Relaxing is the key word at this villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
