The fully equipped kitchen features stunning quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances for cooking with your friends or family. At the kitchen counter, there is additional seating that looks out with an open concept that flows into the dining area and living room. The dining area seats six comfortably. The living room has two sofas and a love seat for plenty of seating with an HDTV when you need some time to relax during your vacation. There is a slider that goes out onto your private patio with views of the 11 mile lagoon and mature trees draped in Spanish moss. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
