As you enter, you’ll find a convenient laundry and storage area to your left. The foyer leads into an expansive, updated kitchen featuring custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs, the kitchen also offers bar seating for four, perfect for casual dining, breakfast, or enjoying a cocktail while chatting with the cook. The kitchen opens into the inviting living room, where you can unwind on a large sectional sofa in front of a massive mounted Smart TV.
A sliding door opens to your private deck, where you can enjoy serene views of the golf course. The first floor also includes a spacious Primary Bedroom with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a newly updated en-suite bathroom. The luxurious Primary Bathroom boasts a large double vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own character.
