As you enter the villa foyer you are greeted by the Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas. The Kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all your family’s cooking needs. The Washer and Dryer are located here as well. The Dining Area has seating for Six, with an additional table and seating for two located between the Dining and Living Areas. The Living Room features comfortable furniture and is large enough for your family to spread out in front of the Flat Screen TV.
The First Floor Primary Bedroom has a King bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The Primary Bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Second Floor is where you’ll find both second and third bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination between them. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
