Come enjoy this wonderfully updated two-bedroom oceanfront condo located in the Hampton Place complex within Palmetto Dunes! The Kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry while providing everything you’ll need should you want to cook for the family. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Enjoy oceanfront views from almost every window! The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, upholstered chair with ottoman, a large smart TV and balcony access with bar height table and four chairs for al fresco dining. The Primary bedroom has a king bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom that was renovated in 2023 which has an oversized tiled shower featuring a rain shower head plus a handheld, bench seat, and temperature control valve. The guest bedroom has two double beds with balcony access along and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Outdoor seating on your private balcony with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean is something to truly behold! Complex pool hours are subject to change. Heated: October 15-November 30 | March 15 - April 30 Cooled: July 15-August 15 **Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. All amenities will remain open and operational during this time. Feel free to reach out to our team with any additional questions. ***BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT*** Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change) This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
