This beautifully renovated condo in 2025 offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat just steps from the beach in the heart of Property Manager. Every detail has been updated, including a brand-new staircase, sunroom, bathrooms, and finishes throughout.
As you enter the condo, you’ll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, a breakfast nook, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The pass-through window from the kitchen provides a seamless view into the dining room, living area, and the 11-mile lagoon system.
The newly added sunroom features cozy seating and opens directly onto a private deck, where you can enjoy peaceful mornings or relaxing evenings while admiring the wildlife along the lagoon.
On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, HDTV, and views of the lagoon. The fully renovated en-suite bathroom includes his-and-her vanities and a large, beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Across the hall, you’ll find a shared guest bathroom that has also been fully renovated, featuring a tiled walk-in shower with privacy glass. The guest bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen and twin bed, includes an HDTV, and has direct access to the front porch.
The living room is a cozy gathering space with vaulted ceilings and Smart HDTV.
Upstairs, there’s a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work while vacationing. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level. One includes a queen and a twin bed, while the other offers a queen bed and HDTV. A shared full bathroom includes a tiled tub and shower combination.
This townhome is in the perfect location for your Hilton Head Island vacation. Park your car and enjoy walking or biking to everything you’ll want including the beach, which is just across the street. Guests also have access to the Captain’s Walk complex pool, which is heated seasonally.
The Captain’s Walk community features a large swimming pool, baby pool, cabana, sunning deck, gas grills, and a boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.
