The facility guarantees a peaceful and unforgettable stay in the vicinity of nature and the Baltic Sea. Located in a quiet, forested area, The modern form of the building fits perfectly into the greenery of natural surroundings and the resort atmosphere of the area. The property is located 550 m from a beautiful sandy beach. At the same time, the estate is located only 400m from the center of Międzywodzie. The facility offers a spa area and fitness center available year-round. In the spa, there’s a sauna with Bluetooth speakers, a multisensory experience shower (several types of showers, music and light) and an 8-person jacuzzi, in which guests can relax listening music via Bluetooth. Golf enthusiasts can visit the Amber Baltic Golf Club, which is located 7 km from the accommodation. For even more seaside adventures, the popular resort city Międzyzdroje, full of unique attractions and great restaurants, can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
